Terms of Service

This Service is an independent, non-commercial fan project created for the love of the game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any international football governing body, tournament organiser, host-nation federation, broadcaster, sponsor, team or player.

Team names, nation names, tournament references and related marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used here only for descriptive and editorial fan-commentary purposes. No use is intended to infringe any third-party trademark. Rights holders with a concern can write to contact@gotinylabs.com.

By creating an account, signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookies Policy and the overall TINYLabs Terms at gotinylabs.com/terms. We may update these Terms; we will flag material changes by email or in-app notice.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and are responsible for activity under your account and the security of your sign-in email. The Service is not intended for children.

This is an experiment. We may add, change, suspend, retire or hide any feature at any time. Anything labelled beta, preview or experimental is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee.

When you sign up, you provide an email address and a display name. By proceeding you acknowledge that:

• your email is stored to operate the Service (sign-in links, gameplay, security);
• TINYLabs may occasionally email you product updates about TINYLabs and its experiments — you can unsubscribe from any such email at any time, or by writing to privacy@gotinylabs.com;
• transactional and security messages (sign-in links, account alerts) continue while your account is active.

You keep ownership of content you submit (display name, group names, social handles). You grant TINYLabs the rights needed to host and display that content to run the Service. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harassing, infringing, hateful, or that impersonates others. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is entertainment. Scores, predictions, brackets and leaderboards have no monetary value and are not a betting, gambling or prize platform.

The Service may surface third-party data (fixtures, results, public information). We don't guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, TINYLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Standard limitations, governing law and dispute terms in the overall TINYLabs Terms at gotinylabs.com/terms apply.

You can close your account at any time by writing to privacy@gotinylabs.com. We may suspend accounts for breach, abuse or legal risk.
